RENTAL ESSENTIALS
Eligibility and identification
Customers must be aged 18 or over, provide requested identification, satisfy applicable suitability requirements, and accurately disclose booking information. A valid UK photo ID and proof of address from one group member are requested for in-person hires.
Booking and availability
Requests are subject to acceptance, equipment availability and confirmation by EXOHIRE. A submitted form does not create a confirmed reservation.
Card on file, damage and return
No security deposit is taken. At checkout your card is kept securely on file with Stripe and may only be charged after the hire for damage, loss or blameworthy theft. Equipment must be returned on time with all components and in appropriate condition.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a hire period may qualify for a full refund. Bookings within 48 hours may not be refundable. Confirmed rental policy terms take precedence.
Health and personal safety
Exoskeleton use involves inherent risk. Users must be physically suitable, complete required induction, use equipment appropriately and cease use in the event of faults or discomfort. Equipment does not prevent injury.
